Rimmel have shaken things up with their latest releases. Without a doubt most people have now seen or heard of their Volume Shake Mascara and Brow Shake Filling Powder. Lashes and brows are an absolutely essential step I never skip out on in my makeup routine. For day to day I tend to gravitate towards products that help me achieve the au naturel minimal look in a short amount of time. The quicker the better in my opinion!
Rimmel Volume Shake Mascara doesย just that. It features a cleverย little shaker system that refreshes the formula whenever itโs needed, going from dry to creamy whenever itโs shaken by the cylindrical agitator inside the mascara. The packaging itself feels heavy but still comfortable enough to use. The wand has a thick oval shaped brush with dense bristles, it gives my lashes the perfect volume and length adding definition. The best part is there is no smudging or clumping and it stays in tact all day! How To: Shake the Mascara vertically 3-5 times; the formula is immediately refreshed from first to last use.
Rimmel Brow Shake Filling Powder works a treat in filling in any sparse areas and shaping the arch of my brows. Known as the Eyebrow Experts, Rimmel have created a 3-in-1 product that will fill, define and line the brows. Using a soft, sponge padded applicator, it holds the powder and with just a few swipes it fills in brows like a pro and keeps them in place all day. There are 4 shades to pick from, the colour dark brown matches my brow perfectly. Available in: Light Brown, Medium Brown, Dark Brown, Black.

That brow powder is an interesting concept! I really like powder for the brows since they look more natural, but Iโm too lazy to use a separate brushโฆ ๐ Itโs handy to have the packaging like that!
This looks nice! I will be doing a mascara review soon too ๐
Rimmel slay their mascara range donโt they? ๐ Great post lovely! Iโm still on the hunt for my new favourite mascara since making the switch to cruelty free.

You really should try it. I hope you like it!
I actually liked the mascara quite a bit. It is a bit too wet of a formula for me to really love it but it should get better as it dries out a tiny bit. As for the brow powder, it was a bit too pigmented for me. I am so glad I tried it one night instead of in the morning because I ended up with VERY intense brows haha. Great picks ๐
