Lets get creative
This DIY is great if you have an old eyeshadow palette that you haven’t used in a while or if there’s a colour in your palette that you wont use on your eyes but wouldn’t mind applying on your lips.
What you need:
- Eyeshadow
- 1ml Petroleum Jelly
- 1ml Coconut Oil
Directions:
Combine your eyeshadow, petroleum jelly and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
The more petroleum jelly used the more sheer the lipstick will be. The more eyeshadow used, the more intense the pigment will be.
Zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Give it a quick stir and you’re done.
For easy application use a lip brush.
Tips:
This can get really messy! Use equal parts olive oil and dishwashing detergent to clean up.
IMPORTANT! Do your research first and make sure your chosen eyeshadow(s) are safe to use on the lips.
